Within 30 days, you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program
Meet with the Service Operations Team and other teams in logistics and the relevant point of contacts to understand the strategy of the function in line with company strategy and road map.
Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz Policies and Procedures and that of the Head Quarter.
Understanding the daily routine activities of Record to Report Head Quarter Team
Within 60 days, you will:
Independent handling of all daily and closing activities i.e. documentation recording and reporting for Head Quarter and regional teams.
Preparing variance analysis between forecast vs actual and between previous and current periods of received documents.
Facilitating all stakeholders and responding their queries within time
Within 90 days, you will:
Leading your role of documents processing and other assigned activities, and sharing weekly updates with higher ups in scheduled meetings.
Supporting the upcoming project where documents and the related data is synchronized to develop an APP which will facilitate the internal stakeholders
Be the key player for all queries related to documents w.r.t the APP development
The structure of the team you will join is:
A six (6)-member team which reports to Line Manager.
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Timely and accurate monthly logistics documents analysis and Processing.
Delivery of services as per agreed Service Level Agreements and KPIs.
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work with all the Functions within Head Quarter and will have regular interaction with relevant teams and regions
What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
The interactions will result in effective execution of categorizing, reporting and processing of all site legal documents.
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
Understanding of basic knowledge of all site related documentation.
Detailed knowledge of logistics Processes
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.
Essential skills must have:
Strong interpersonal communication
Advanced monitoring evaluation reporting skills
