Jazz Business team being the flag bearer of integrated business solutions in Pakistan striving to achieve excellence in innovation and total customer satisfaction every day. The marketing team comprises of various functions covering marketing communications, product strategy and design, business planning and channel management. You would be part of the team responsible for managing and evolving the fixed line, ICT and cloud solutions for our prestigious business customers including multinationals, government and small-medium enterprises.
 What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business and its vision.
Develop understanding of Jazz Fixed Network, associated systems and processes and Jazz Business brand in general. During the learning phase you would be encouraged to learn as much as you can about the business product portfolio, what makes each team function unique and align yourself with the organizational vision and mission along with the short and long-term strategy.
At the end of the onboarding period, you would be expected to present your learning and share your view on the business, people and process with the team.
In parallel you would also be engaged with the presales and solution design teams for pricing and business analysis as the product’s focal person.
-Within 60 days, you will:
Be in a position to start adding value in the business operations, pricing structure and product design.
You would be on top of the numbers, reports and in a position to present the health of assigned business portfolio.
Monitoring the KPI’s/indicators and suggesting corrective measures where required
Ensuring business reporting and product segment visibility for the leadership team 
Transform yourself into the focal person for assigned business portfolio and in a position to suggest measures to internal stakeholders including sales, customer experience, service delivery and proposal management teams
You would be supporting the product lead in new initiatives covering exciting new domains like cloud and ICT platforms
Monitoring and progress reporting for on-going projects and business in general
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Be abreast with the market trends, internal and external challenges related to your assigned portfolio
Be assigned new initiatives independently with milestones
You will be in a position to take independent decisions while ensuring transparency and alignment with the business strategy
You would be expected to review various pricing and product design related recommendations, take decisions and create one-off, short term and long-term business cases for leadership review and subsequent approvals
A bit about you:
 We are looking for someone who has relevant techno-commercial experience in fixed telecommunication, its underlying technologies and terms, pricing and strategy, business analysis and product management. You are well versed with the local and international market trends. You have ample experience of managing a business portfolio directly or independently with P/L responsibilities. You are well aware of the key telecom performance indicators, have handsome knowledge of existing key market players and market evolution in general.
You have a knack for number crunching, structured documentation and are comfortable in handling customer expectations.

The structure of the team you will join is:
·       A 8 members team (including the stream head) with 04 sub teams
·       You will be reporting to a segment/product manager of Fixed, ICT & Cloud
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
·       Manage the existing product portfolio (product management) and ensure its health
·       Assist the product manager in driving new initiatives
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
