What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
Set up and launch of the education solution:
Design the solutions across the multiple education segments.
Finalize the technology and the commercials of the education payment solutions
Lead and perform customer and education sector research to design and launch the product
Own the education payment solution roadmap
Develop Education Service Provider Network and GTM approach:
Perform education service provider segmentation exercise to design the right solution for each type of segment
Define & execute strategies to penetrate into the education payments segment
Design and launch the product as per defined GTM based on service provider need and segment
DFS and SME Strategy:
Perform on-going analysis to develop and contribute to the DFS and SME strategy based on customer and education segment needs
Perform scheduled and ad-hoc reporting and strategy to management for current status and future roadmap
What we have done and what we will do with YOU
The SME product team is managing and promoting payments made through DFS Digital Accounts and payment cards. The Specialist EdTech is expected to lead, develop and manage the education vertical focusing on payments and integration of Financial Services and education Verticals. For this, he/she will be engaging with partners to develop solutions and products to cater for payments in the education vertical. The individual will also be responsible Alongside, he/she is expected to align all the solutions to the overall DFS objectives, consumer and merchant solutions.
A bit about you:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies/Management or related fields and at least 5-7 years of relevant experience. The candidate should also have knowledge/experience pertaining to the local MFS/DFS landscape, Corporate Sector Organizations e.g. Health care, Education, Energy sector etc. and Technology based financial services

A six (06) member team focused on Products for Small & Medium Enterprises under the Digital Financial Services umbrella
Main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Managing and promoting all payments that will be made using our products and services in the SME arena
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
