Overview
The Lead Strategy Ecosystems will be responsible for creating the strategy for policy framework implementation and execution, and for creating other strategies required for the development of all other regulatory partnerships and initiatives. The Lead Strategy Ecosystems will be responsible for formulating a structured and robust strategy for each step of the policy development and will be responsible for ensuring that the strategies, as formulated, are aligned with all internal and external stakeholders, keeping in mind, the Company’s objectives and values.  This role will require close and constant coordination with all internal and external stakeholders and even closer coordination with Lead Policy Development.
 
Responsibilities
The Lead Strategy will have the following responsibilities:Strategy Development
 
Formulation of comprehensive and robust step-by-step strategy for:
 
1.      Achieving end-to-end objectives for each policy framework as identified by Policy Development
2.      Policy Framework Approval and Finalization
3.      Policy Framework Implementation
4.      Policy Framework Review and Evaluation
5.      All other regulatory initiatives as communicated by DFS Management
 
Internal and External Communication and Coordination
 
Close and constant collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to:
 
1.        Keep all relevant stakeholders informed on Policy Development’s agenda and any other regulatory initiatives being pursued
 
2.        Work with and ensure alignment of relevant stakeholders necessary for the creation of strategies that achieve Policy Development’s objectives and any other regulatory initiatives being pursued
 
Strategy Implementation and Deliverables
 
1.        Conduct/arrange meetings with stakeholders
2.        Conduct/arrange seminars, workshops and conferences
3.        Conduct/arrange events
4.        Conduct/arrange one-on-one relationship building activities
5.        Conduct/arrange any/all strategy achieving activities

Eligibility Criteria
 
Education:
 
Bachelors Degree in any related field (business, public policy etc.)
Masters Degree in any related field (strategy, project management etc.)
 
 
Work Experience:

Minimum 5 years related experience in financial industry, telecommunication industry, development sector, public policy and/or regulatory environment in which the job required strategy formulation and execution
