The Senior Manager Corporate Partnerships is responsible for ensuring the achievement of defined DFS targets – by building strong collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders. This will be done through penetration in all segments and by ensuring a high level of partner engagement, retention, enablement – and smooth handling of all queries and desired outcomes. The individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining sales volumes, ensuring business retention and maturing new leads – in addition to ensuring the development and closure of new requirements that come from existing customers.  The individual will also be responsible for creating vertical strategies that will ultimately lead to increased corporate/SME penetration.

Key Responsibilities
·       Build Relationship and rapport development with the senior tier of the company/customers and senior level Management
·       Penetrate in all segments SME, large corporate, government sector and lead large projects
·       Ensure high level of partner engagement, enablement and smooth relationship (10%)
·       Create and maintain sales volume, business retention, product/service mix by keeping P&L as per company requirements
·       Ensure achievement of assigned strategic and period targets through selling of DFS services in line with the departmental strategy with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on business deliverables and maximum value addition
·       Manager/s Partnerships- Corporate will be involved in engaging new and existing customers to mature new leads and to close new requirements from existing customers. Additionally he/she will be responsible for ensuring continuing of existing partnerships
·       He/she will drive penetrative strategy into the innovative DFS to ensure high level presence in the  SME/corporate sector.
·       Devise a vertical strategy for increasing Corporate/SME penetration
 
 
A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone who has Minimum Masters Degree in Business Studies/Management or related fields with minimum 5-7 years’ relevant position experience.  We are looking for someone who has delivered on challenging projects and has taken end-to- end responsibility within the regulatory and legal domains. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and engage resources. The role will require capability to create strong enthusiasm and spirit while being Be an advocate of the Jazz 1st philosophy in all its aspects
 
Must-have, past experiences the candidate should have:
 
·       Experience in working with and/or in the financial services industry
·       Experience in working with and/or in the telecommunication industry
