Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Meet with the People & Organization team to understand the strategy of the function in line with CEO strategy and company road map.
Meet with CEO-2/3/4 layer and introduce yourself. Get first-hand information about unit and domain as a whole.
Understand the function of Business Partnership in the People & Organization division and how your role fits into the overall strategy and function
Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz Policies and Procedures.
Within 60 days, you will:
Execute frameworks (learning & development, performance management, annual salary reviews, headcounts and employee engagement) as in collaboration with Center of Excellence (COE).
Understand Business challenges and formulate ways to address them in the best possible way.
Visit regional locations to understand business in a better way
Challenge, debate and define business requirements and set strategic HR priorities around them.
Ensure integration of priorities into the business planning process.
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Help business to align and execute the business strategy
Identify business requirements after communicating with relevant COE’s and work on effective solution designs.
Bring together the combined HR solutions and takes ownership of the HR processes
Acts as a change driver to realize the long term people strategy as an integral member of the business leadership team
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
A bit about you:
We are looking or someone with sound commercial knowledge, prior experience with HR practices, excellent employee management skills and an assertive personality as you will be acting as a bridge between the employees in your region and other HR teams and COE.

As an HR Business Professional team (HR BP), our prime role is to understand business challenges with regards to people and provide solutions with the help of HR teams and COE.
The structure of the team you will join is:
A five (5) member team where all BP’s report directly to Head of HR BP
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Execution of frameworks within the assigned divisions
Managing employee engagement and understanding business challenges
To collaborate and produce effective business results, the role requires
Regular interaction with all the stakeholders within the Commercial and Jazz Business functions including the Regional Business Head Central and all line managers within the domain
