Job Responsibility:
·         Cross & Up sell GA, iTop up, device, accessories, data & any other alternative revenue component to walk-in customers as per communicated guidelines and associated target volume
·         Promote and complete potential duplicate dial sell to customers by highlighting benefits and ease of process
·         Retain customers in network by providing crucial services like SIM Replacement within allocated turnaround time
·         Validate user of SIM through BTRC acknowledged parameters, cater effectively to customer queries and suggestion
·         Properly maintain and report on sales & service log and other assets in the store inventory to reconcile the stock with periodic cut off time

Required Academic Qualifications
·           BBA from any UGC approved university
 
Required Experience:
·        1-3 years’ experience with 1 years’ minimum relevant experience in Sales and Customer Service in Telecom industry

Required Knowledge & Skills 
·         Knowledge of Sales and Customer service
·         Technical knowledge to understand customer critical query
·         Basic knowledge of device markets, customer acquisition and customer experience parameters
·         Knowledge of concepts, principles and practices of consumer behavior field.
·         Basic knowledge of latest technology interventions in Telecom sector.
·         Primary Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
·        Computer literacy to generate primary level reporting
