Job Responsibility:
·         Capture business requirement of any VAS solution from various stakeholders
·         Develop high level project scope through cross functional business analysis sessions
·         Rollout/launch of MFS services with required integration, configuration, call flows & Notification logic as per Commercial requirement within defined timeline
·         Managing VAS SDP in on-boarding new CP services and configuring new VAS services in the SDP platform
·         Act as Technical Lead for the commercial product launching in Mobile Financial Services, EVoucher, Location Based System, SDP and other VAS services within stipulated timeframe
·         Assessing potential security threats ensuring VAS platforms are secured as per Banglalink IT Security Policy guidelines

Required Academic Qualifications
·         Graduation in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent from any UGC approved university
 
Required Experience
·         6+ Years of relevant working experience

Required Knowledge & Skills 
·         Sound understanding of GSM architecture, VAS services, SDP and Charging Gateway.
·         Knowledge in VAS specially the fields of Messaging GW, USSD, Recharge Platform, SDP services.
·         Being able to understand how each service works, how it interconnects with other network elements
·         Up-to-date Knowledge of latest interventions and technology evolution in the telecom industry
·         Sound knowledge & understanding of IP networking to understand functionality of different node
