We are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager who can work in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will help drive sales of a mission-critical software for a medical cell therapy service.

What You'll be Doing:

    • Mapping the target customers for our software. In collaboration with our marketing team, identify and prioritize potential target customers for Vineti
    • Developing and closing customer accounts. Support all aspects of the sale cycle, including presenting Vineti to potential customers and demonstrating our product
    • Promoting Vineti at industry events. You will participate in conferences to promote Vineti and identify leads
    • Respond and participate in customer selections. Support crafting responses to Request for Proposal
    • Manage and update sales materials. Evolve our standard sales presentations and proposals based on lessons learned from each sales interaction

The Following Experience and Skills are Important to us:

    • Selling or consulting to the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries. Working 3-5 years selling services or software. A focus on commercial operations a plus
    • Superior presentation and writing skills
    • Self-motivated and persistent
    • Collaborative. Ability to leverage marketing, customer success, and product teams to support the sales effort where needed
    • Relationship Building. Can easily establish trusting relationships with new prospects, undnerstand their challenges and matching their needs to our product
    • Startup life. Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
    • Open to travel. Up to 50% travel throughout North America to run sales meetings or workshops
