About the Role
Vineti is in an exciting period of rapid growth. We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead and deliver on a major product effort. This person has experience in product operations and iterative product development and excels at balancing customer and user needs. This person thrives in ambiguity and is adept at shepherding value through the organization and into the market. This person will work cross functionally with Design, Engineering, QA, Program Management, Customer Success, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver on high impact product efforts that ultimately enable greater patient access to life-changing therapies.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Developing and driving product strategy for a product area while ensuring alignment with greater business goals and objectives
    • Articulating a compelling product vision and inspiring cross-functional teams to rally around it
    • Partnering with Design in cross functional exercises to research and develop product requirements
    • Working across the organization to partner with and support various stakeholders key to delivering product
    • Ensuring all products are built to satisfy regulatory guidelines (e.g. FDA, EMA)
    • Enabling customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction
    • Owning and managing the product backlog including writing stories, mitigating risk, prioritizing effectively, and unblocking the team
    • Enabling highest leverage work for yourself and others
