We’re building the first commercial cloud-based platform to expand patient access to life-changing personalized therapies. We empower our partners to deliver individualized therapies to any patient, safely and efficiently. We create solutions that scale for healthcare. Specifically, we develop software products that help deliver personalized medicines that provide transformative remedies such as long-term remissions in cancer. This includes creating a service-oriented, auditable, software platform to support multiple client-facing applications in a regulated market.

We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to help shape our product and marketing activities through a period of rapid industry, company, and product growth. You will work with our Marketing, Product Management, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to help shape our products, bring them to market, and drive adoption. You’ll also help to grow our Marketing team, and by extension, our company.








What You’ll be Doing:

    • Define Vineti’s products and their value propositions out to the marketplace to create market understanding and drive adoption
    • Articulate the “Why,” “What,” and “When” of our products out to the marketplace
    • Understand the broader personalized medicine landscape and help define our long-term product strategy in the context of that landscape
    • Conduct market research and competitor analyses
    • Develop go-to-market strategies and related tactical plans
    • Work with in-house teams, partners, and vendors to execute marketing plans and drive adoption
    • Create product messaging and deliver it through a variety of channels, including Sales trainings, collateral, digital marketing, demos, and events
    • Develop and nurture product-centric relationships with Vineti’s clients and partners
    • Track success and ROI of all marketing strategies and tactics
    • Help build a strong, scalable Marketing team

The Following Experience and Skills are Important to us:

    • 5+ years Product Marketing experience
    • Pharma, biotech, or healthcare background
    • Proven, demonstrable track record in delivering successful product marketing campaigns with measurable results
    • Extremely effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both with the market and with colleagues
    • Excellent writing and editing skills
    • Heightened focus on detail and polish
    • Proven, demonstrable experience with a variety of marketing communication mediums, including the creation of compelling collateral, slide presentations, demos, videos, and digital campaigns
    • Proven ability to both think big and get things done -- no idea is too big to think through, no task is too small to tackle on your own
    • Collaborative work style
    • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements -- start-up experience is a big plus
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
    • This position is based in Vineti’s San Francisco office
    • Some travel required (approximately 20 to 25 percent)

    • Healthcare experience, preferably within a medical or life sciences field or point of care setting
    • Prior experience working with software development teams
    • Prior experience working in regulated healthcare environments

    • Prior experience planning and managing conferences presences and field marketing events
