Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
 .The team member is responsible for the accurate account of the products and components received from
 external vendors and the finished goods for the OTC Warehouse.
Locate products and fulfill customer orders 
Ensure order accuracy by following procedures and pick tickets 
.Pack and load and wrap customer orders following procedures and best practices 
.Load and unload trucks as needed 
· Issues damage reports of goods
· Daily receiving reports
· Ensure a quality check is performed on all orders
· Address any  incorrect  quantities and report them
· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
· Seeks out new ways to improve productivity
· Delivers product to appropriate personnel – ensures all pathways are kept clear
· Perform related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager  

Education and/ or Work Experience Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with co-workers
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Experience with Microsoft, WMS or ERP systems preferred
    • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Forklift training is preferred on multiple types of lifts: sit, stand, reach and swing

Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
    • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
    • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone
    • Must be able to communicate clearly via e-mail
    • Ability to speak, read and write English

Schedule

    • 6am - 6:30pm rotating schedule

Minimum Qualifications

    • Able to lift 50 Lbs. on a regular basis
    • 1+ years’ experience operating forklifts

Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Basic math skills
    • Team player
    • Experience in manufacturing and production environments
