The rapidly expanding team includes more than 700+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Ternopil (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), New Delhi (India) and Bridgewater (NJ, USA).

Responsibilities:

    • Generate interest in Viseven products & services by proactively reaching out to prospects via digital channels and calls
    • Research and analyze market trends, target companies, and buyer persona
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects and potential partners
    • Act as a consultant, and identify prospect's needs, and suggest appropriate products and services 
    • Run introductory meetings with prospects and potential partners to generate interest and define pains and come up with relevant solutions
    • Work with the CRM: collect, monitor, and update information, checking if data is accurate
    • Qualify or disqualify leads and set up meetings for Account Executives to close sales.
    • Handoff leads as per approved flow
    • Maximize your LinkedIn profile and grow your network
    • Report on results to the Deputy and Unit Head

Additional responsibilities:

    • Process inbound requests during the assigned working hours 
    • Process MQLs within 2 hours of initial contact
    • Proactively reach out to marketing qualified contacts to generate interest and create the context for developing new opportunities  
    • Follow the Outbound list of activities
    • Reply to customer inbound (incoming) calls

Required skills and knowledge:

    • English Upper-Intermediate+ 
    • 2+ years of sales experience in the SaaS / IT domain 
    • Ability to learn and retain new information quickly 
    • Ability to handle multitasking productively 
    • Great team player: optimistic, organized, flexible, helpful 

Will be considered as a Competitive Advantage:

    • Working knowledge of CRM programs 
    • Working experience with Jira & Confluence
