Key Responsibilities:

    • Website Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates, including A/B testing, user experience (UX) improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
    • SEO Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that includes keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
    • PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Linkedin, Meta, social media advertising) to achieve targeted ROI and conversion goals.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing activities' performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs) to make data-driven decisions and report on key metrics.
    • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website conversion, SEO, and PPC campaign management.
    • Solid understanding of web analytics, in particular Google Analytics, A/B testing, and Hotjar or similar.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization.
    • Experience with WordPress and website management. 
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
    • Previous work in fields where there was a lot of demand creation through social is an advantage. 
    • Previous experience in community management is an advantage.
