Who are we looking for?
·       Saudi Nationals.
·       Strong academic background (bachelor's degree), with GPA of a minimum 3/4 or 4/5.
·       Strong command of the English language.
·       Full-time commitment.

Co-op - Talent Development

    • Responsibilities and Tasks:

    • Training Coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
    • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Help manage the LMS by uploading content, tracking employee progress, and generating reports.
    • Employee Engagement: Participate in initiatives to promote employee engagement and continuous learning, such as organizing learning events and campaigns.
    • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Documentation and Archiving: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications, ensuring they are properly archived for future reference.
    • Digital Learning: Assist in the development and implementation of digital learning solutions to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of training programs.
