Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Clients & Stakeholders Managment (CSM) function as a Strategic Partnership Associate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic partnership initiatives, fostering key relationships, and driving growth opportunities across our diverse investment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives in alignment with the company's investment objectives and growth strategy.
2. Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities within the PPP, infrastructure, energy, and asset management sectors.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to assess industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities to inform decision-making processes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment, legal, and finance departments, to assess partnership feasibility, negotiate terms, and facilitate deal execution.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, investment partners, and potential clients.
6. Coordinate partnership activities, including meetings, presentations, and events, to drive engagement and foster collaboration among key stakeholders.
7. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and communication materials to internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on partnership initiatives and progress.
8. Assist in managing and updating the CSM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on partnership contacts, interactions, and activities.
9. Contribute to the development and implementation of CSM strategies, processes, and best practices to enhance relationship management effectiveness and efficiency.
10. Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes relevant to strategic partnerships and investment opportunities.

Qualifications:
1- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
2- Previous experience in strategic partnerships, business development, investment banking, or management consulting preferred.
3- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence.
4- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
6- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
7- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.
