Our new Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager candidate should be an experienced professional, highly exceptional, and ready to strive in a very fast-paced collaborative environment. A lateral thinker with an infinite desire for experimentation. 

The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on planning, creation, and implementation of new marketing strategies and tactics directly tied to user engagement and retention. It also encompasses the maintenance, test design, data analytics, and reporting for existing campaigns, including but not limited to in-app messages, push notifications, emails, and SMS. 

Responsibilities

    • Plan, design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns across push, in-app notifications, and emails.
    • Flawlessly execute tests and tactics that increase our creator’s health and lifetime value.
    • Coordinate creation of briefs, copy, art, text/HTML templates, target segmentation, tests, and everything needed to execute a successful campaign. 
    • Build trustworthy partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive user engagement through creative campaigns across Visual Blaster’s products.
    • Improve campaign performances through A/B testing, segmentation, and user survey insights.
    • Generate weekly, monthly campaign performance reports, identify drivers and make recommendations for improvement. 
    • Contribute to the marketing team’s brainstorm initiatives.
    • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of the company brand.
    • Embrace established processes and find opportunities to improve the efficiency of the role.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing Role or Growth Marketing Role.
    • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems like Braze/Leanplum/MoEngage
    • Interpret Customer Data to identify triggers and behaviors that indicate potential Lifecycle changes
    • Good foundations in creating responsive emails and simple web pages from scratch using HTML, CSS, and templating languages.
    • Experience in working closely with Product and Engineering team to set up attributes and triggered events based on user Lifecycle management needs
    • Self-starter with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Be Customer Obsessed. Inquisitive action-biased mind appropriately focused on customer and business-critical metrics
    • Proven ability to learn technology quickly
    • Versatile, flexible, and trainable
    • Strong communication, copywriting (with excellent grammatical skills), organizational and project management skills
