About the role: VitroLabs is looking for a Workplace Operations Manager to keep our workplace running smoothly and support our small but mighty team on a wide range of office and operationally focused projects including but not limited to: Promoting an engaging office culture, planning and executing on employee engagement activities, office communications and coordination, streamlining administrative procedures, and acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies.

Responsibilities

    • Supporting the team in the administration of day-to-day Operations areas including but not limited to office management, scheduling, internal and external communications
    • Overseeing daily office functions ensuring team members have necessary supplies, equipment, resources and tools; purchases and maintains office equipment and supplies
    • Managing office-related vendors and services 
    • Ensure budgets, schedules, and performance requirements are met by internal and external partners
    • Developing procedures and policies for administrative activities, such as records maintenance, document preparation, mail distribution, reception, and other related internal operations 
    • Coordinating team building events for VitroLabs employees that support with fostering a fun and collaborative company culture
    • Supporting with People and Talent team initiatives to increase engagement, happiness, and feelings of inclusion
    • Champion VitroLabs through all interactions and communications
    • Support People & Talent Operations projects and assignments as required

Qualifications & Skills

    • 2-4 years of experience in operations, administration, office management or related field
    • Skilled in operations, program implementation, project management, documentation/reporting and vendor management and administration

Commitment to inclusivity and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications. 
    • Self Management: Ensuring that one’s own work and information are complete and accurate; carefully preparing for meetings and presentations; following up with others to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled consistently. Solicits feedback to improve performance.

Employment Requirements

    • Authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Ability to work a flexible work schedule including early mornings, late evenings, and some weekends.

Salary Range

    • $85,000 - $100,000 DOE
