As a (Key) Account Manager, you will...

    • advise and inspire our customers and accompany them throughout the entire customer life cycle
    • build a deep understanding and expertise for the vivenu platform
    • plan and implement strategic projects with your customers
    • anticipate the wishes and needs of your customers and respond to them
    • build outstanding partnerships with customers to effectively support them through phone, live chat, and email communication
    • reflect the needs of customers back into our product organization, communicating trending customer feedback and ideas to power customer-led product and feature development
    • co-organize and support workshops for ticket sellers and prospective customers to help them understand and master the features and benefits of the vivenu platform

We are looking for candidates that...

    • have a bachelor's or equivalent degree
    • have experience in/around the event ticketing industry
    • are willing to go above and beyond for our customers and foster strong relationships
    • have a customer-first mentality and strong drive to always stay current on the platform’s functionalities
    • have excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
    • have an affinity for digital-/API-first solutions
    • have gathered prior experience in SaaS account management (not required, but strongly preferred)
    • are fluent in English on the level of a native speaker
