As our Head of Customer Development, you will...

    • develop and execute a framework and strategies to increase adoption of the vivenu platform, transaction volume, and customer satisfaction;
    • build and manage a high-performing team of Client Consultants, Data Analysts and experts in consumer-facing technologies;
    • act as a long-term strategic partner, lead dynamic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior executives for our top-grade customers;
    • hold industry events to share learnings, best practices, and market developments, fostering a community of knowledge and collaboration;
    • stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for customer growth and competitive advantage;
    • design and implement robust feedback mechanisms to continuously gather and analyze customer insights, utilizing this data to inform product enhancements, service improvements, and strategic initiatives;
    • collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of customer development strategies, driving holistic growth and customer-centric innovation.

We are looking for candidates that...

    • has proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration;
    • holds an advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
    • has a minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting with previous exposure to consumer-facing businesses;
    • has a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive significant ROI and customer value;
    • possesses a strong proficiency in advanced analytics and performance measurement, with experience in defining and tracking KPIs;
    • demonstrates ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding strategic decision-making processes with expert insights;
    • has strong client management skills, with a commitment to driving solution adoption and ensuring high customer satisfaction;
    • possesses strategic and analytical thinking combined with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities;
    • is willing to go the extra mile and takes pride in their work.
