As the Head of Strategic Accounts at our company, you will in particular be responsible for...

    • Architect, implement and drive our strategy to identify, engage and win the largest, most impactful organisations globally reflecting our ICP
    • Build, lead and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives, fostering a healthy culture of excellence, high energy, and continuous improvement
    • manage sales pipeline, ensuring robust health and highest quality in opportunity qualification, engagement and deal playing
    • Build and maintain relationships with representatives of named accounts to unlock new opportunities across all of our industries and verticals
    • Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Marketing, Customer Development, Solution Engineering, and other internal teams to execute on our go-to-market strategy
    • Drive market intelligence by staying ahead of market trends and the competitive landscape, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to maintain our competitive edge
    • Collaborate with management to shape the long-term vision of the company and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands and strategic goals

We are looking for a candidate that…

    • holds a Masters or equivalent advanced degree
    • boasts a proven track record of at least 5 years in strategic sales, with significant experience in high-value deal closure/named accounts
    • has served as a sales leader for at least 3 years, consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving a team to exceptional performance
    • possesses experience in managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders across various industries and verticals
    • demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead by example and foster a high-performance culture
    • exhibits a high-energy coaching mentality, prepared to mentor and develop sales team members, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement
    • drives strategic initiatives and is willing to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
    • has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
