Our engineering team is our heartbeat, driving innovation and rapid growth. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech, you'll play a key role in scaling our visionary team in a super engaging work environment.

What You’ll Do

    • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for our tech teams – from sourcing and screening to guiding candidates through interviews, managing offers, and closing hires
    • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, develop job profiles, and make data-driven decisions
    • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, leveraging your network and proactive outreach
    • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and attract top talent
    • Elevate our employer brand by integrating branding initiatives into sourcing strategies and ensuring a standout candidate experience
    • Manage and optimize our ATS to drive efficiency and transparency in our hiring processes

What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in tech recruiting, either in an agency or a fast-paced in-house recruiting team
    • A deep understanding of engineering roles and programming languages, with a passion for technology and digital innovation
    • A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams
    • Fluency in English, allowing you to engage with candidates and teams seamlessly, German skills are beneficial
