As the Head of Account Management, you will...

    • cultivate a vibrant team culture that thrives on collaboration and innovative thinking, fostering an environment where team members are enthusiastic about their work and motivated to achieve their best
    • manage Account Managers and Account Management Leads to ensure the achievement of KPIs and organizational goals
    • champion a culture of customer-centricity and professionalism within the Account Management team, fostering an environment where these values are integral to every aspect of our operations
    • identify and address team roadblocks and obstacles, proactively seeking solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the Account Management department
    • collaborate closely with the leadership team (sales/ops/product/c-level execs) to provide regular updates on team performance and actively participate in discussions on ways to improve
    • anticipate staffing and customer needs, communicating these effectively within the organization
    • facilitate the onboarding and training of new Account Managers and Account Management Leads to ensure a seamless transition into the organization
    • play a role in the interview process for Account Managers and Account Management Leads
    • actively participate in on-site client visits alongside Account Managers, fostering stronger client relationships and a deeper understanding of their needs
    • step in as an Account Manager for clients when needed, making sure we consistently provide top-notch service

We are looking for candidates who...

    • have a substantial background in leadership and team management, highlighting the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional customer experience outcomes
    • have agility in adapting to a rapidly scaling environment, with the ability to quickly learn and implement best practices to support company growth
    • have significant industry experience and a profound understanding of the ticketing and events industry, along with a keen awareness of industry trends and best practices (preferred)
    • have expertise in managing and optimizing complex Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and ticketing platforms (preferred)
    • have experience as an individual contributor in roles that manage a portfolio of clients, showcasing the ability to proactively and reactively manage customer relationships to drive success
    • have a broad knowledge base across multiple industry verticals (preferred)
