As the Head of GTM Strategy at our company, you will in particular be responsible for defining, leading and monitoring vivenu’s go-to-market strategy and initiatives, fueling our future growth with new business opportunities. This includes...

    • defining our short- and mid-term go-to-market efforts, collaborating cross-functionally with Senior Leadership and commercial and technical teams
    • identifying market segments across verticals, geos and tiers with high growth potential for vivenu
    • identifying target accounts and individuals and assigning those to specific vivenu Tribes
    • collaborating with Marketing to define outreach strategies across various channels and to craft sales collaterals for Sales
    • hiring, training and managing a team of GTM Managers, Analysts and Coordinators
    • defining and monitoring measurable criteria to validate and improve individual go-to-market initiatives
    • leading research on customer pain points, market trends and competitive landscapes

We are looking for a candidate that...

    • holds a bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration, international business, or related field from a leading university
    • has 5+ years experience in market analysis, cross-functional project management and sales through positions in startups, consulting, or investment banking
    • demonstrates a strong capability to understand and adapt to various international market dynamics, with a proven record of crafting and implementing effective sales campaigns
    • exhibits exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers across diverse cultural landscapes
    • possesses strategic and analytical thinking combined with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
    • is willing to go the extra mile and takes pride in their work
