As a Technical Content Manager at our company, you will...

    • develop, write, and edit technical documents including user manuals, FAQs, how-to guides, and technical support documents
    • ensure all technical content is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand
    • manage and maintain content within our external content management system (CMS)
    • create feature descriptions for our platform
    • work closely with account managers and the product team to gather information and understand the usage of our platform
    • continuously improve content based on analytics, user feedback, and industry trends

We are looking for a candidate that...

    • hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
    • have 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content management, or a related role in the software industry
    • are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
    • can understand and communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely
    • pay attention to detail and are committed to producing high-quality work
    • preferably have knowledge of industry standards and best practices for technical writing
    • preferably have experience in creating multimedia content (e.g., videos, visuals) to complement written documentation
