As the Go-To-Market/Growth Operations Manager you will...
- oversee the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entries
- provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the sales team
- understand the sales organization structure and assign target companies according to the overall sales strategy and goals
- identify areas for process improvement within sales and CRM operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- work with other departments to align on company goals and strategies, facilitating the sharing of relevant information
- conduct basic market analysis to support the sales team with relevant market insights and data
We are looking for a candidate that...
- has a bachelor's or equivalent degree
- has 1-2 years of Sales Operations experience
- has hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- has exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and data management
- has a proven ability to provide operational support and troubleshoot issues within sales processes
- has experience working with various departments to align on company goals and facilitate information sharing
