As the Go-To-Market/Growth Operations Manager you will...

    • oversee the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entries
    •  provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the sales team
    • understand the sales organization structure and assign target companies according to the overall sales strategy and goals
    • identify areas for process improvement within sales and CRM operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
    • work with other departments to align on company goals and strategies, facilitating the sharing of relevant information
    • conduct basic market analysis to support the sales team with relevant market insights and data

We are looking for a candidate that...

    • has a bachelor's or equivalent degree
    • has 1-2 years of Sales Operations experience
    • has hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
    • has exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and data management
    • has a proven ability to provide operational support and troubleshoot issues within sales processes
    • has experience working with various departments to align on company goals and facilitate information sharing
