As our Lead Engineer (d/f/m) - Web Team, you will...
- drive the optimization of the sweet spot between Frontend development and design with a hands-on approach and a strong emphasis on UI/UX, and frontend security
- build robust, scalable systems for dynamic applications in a fast-paced environment
- lead and inspire the web team with a focus on engineering excellence while fostering the growth of individual team members
- actively contribute to development processes while maintaining a strategic view of project goals
- develop and scale seamless, secure checkout processes designed for millions of users
We are looking for candidates that...
- have an advanced knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with expertise in modern frontend frameworks and tools
- provide proven leadership and management skills to develop the team and its members
- have strong skills in developing and designing intuitive, visually appealing, and highly scalable UIs, with a focus on consumer-facing applications
- have expertise in scalable UI development and component-based architecture.
- are familiar with frontend security best practices
- have a deep understanding of building and scaling checkout and payment flows
- are familiar with modern CI/CD workflows and cloud-based infrastructures
- are experienced in developing products for millions of users
- thrive in fast-paced environments and expertise in building and maintaining highly dynamic applications
