As an RFP Coordinator you will...
- Support the sales process by completing RFP documents and requests, including certifications, ESG information, requirements, and capabilities, in close collaboration with the Sales team
- Gather and organize all necessary information essential for the timely completion of RFPs
- Undertake independent initiatives, such as obtaining additional certifications and establishing a comprehensive knowledge base for RFP-related responses
- Develop a profound understanding of both the company and our product, enabling effective and accurate responses to RFPs
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, diligence, and effective communication skills within the organization
- Exhibit a proactive and cooperative approach to the coordination of RFP-related tasks

- Quick comprehension and adaptability, particularly when dealing with intricate or complex products, displaying a capacity to swiftly grasp and convey complex information
- Task-oriented and consistently committed to delivering projects on time and with precision, underscoring a strong work ethic and dedication to task completion
- Proficiency in the utilization of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Background in fast-paced environments, underscoring the capability to thrive in high-pressure work settings (preferred)

The approximate compensation range for this role in New York, NY is $70,000 to $120,000 including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
