As our (Senior) Marketing Manager, you will...

    • develop, execute and optimize ABM campaigns:
    • - Engage specific enterprise accounts and decision-makers with tailored content
      - Improve existing outreach channels and explore new ones
      - Utilize HubSpot to analyze, track, and refine activities

    • provide comprehensive sales support:
    • - Collaborate closely with the sales team and ensure alignment with sales objectives
      - Understand customer lifecycles and identify growth opportunities
      - Train sales teams and manage content

    • introduce new tools and improve processes:
    • - Implement necessary technology
      - Provide ongoing training
      - Conduct performance analyses

We are looking for candidates that...

    • have successfully completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
    • demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of professional experience encompassing the creation of marketing materials, collaboration with sales teams, and project ownership
    • exhibit a diligent and structured work ethic, cultivating collaborative environments both within and across teams.
    • are excellent communicators and problem-solvers, paired with an aptitude for logical reasoning
    • have an in-depth understanding of digital/API first solutions
    • are proficient in both German and English in a business context
    • preferably possess experience within the ticketing/entertainment industry or B2B SaaS sector
