As an SVP/EVP Sales Global at our company, you will...

    • spearhead crafting and execution of our global sales strategy, prioritizing growth, market expansion, and structuring of the global sales team
    • fuse forward-thinking leadership with deep market understanding and a dedication to excellence in execution
    • develop and define the global sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives and market trends
    • lead and manage a team of sales managers across various regions to drive performance and achieve sales targets
    • establish an efficient organizational structure within the sales department, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and reporting
    • collaborate with senior management to set ambitious yet attainable revenue goals for new business ventures
    • work closely with marketing and go-to-market teams to integrate sales strategies with marketing initiatives
    • analyze market data and sales metrics to identify optimization opportunities and implement effective strategies
    • cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
    • stay updated industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies
    • foster a culture of accountability, excellence in performance, and customer-centricity within the sales organization

We are looking for candidates that...

    • successfully completed a master's degree in business administration, international business, or a related field from a leading university
    • have 5 years of leadership experience overseeing large teams, showcasing a proven record in strategic planning and sales execution within global markets
    • demonstrate a keen aptitude for grasping and adapting to diverse international market dynamics, coupled with a documented history of formulating and implementing successful sales strategies
    • exhibit exceptional communication and negotiation skills, adept at effectively engaging with senior decision-makers across varied cultural contexts
    • embody a blend of strategic acumen and analytical thinking, complemented by a proactive approach in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
    • are committed to continuous learning and professional growth, eagerly participating in key sales activities and client interactions
    • embrace a strong work ethic, demonstrating a willingness to surpass expectations and taking pride in delivering excellence

The approximate compensation range for this role in New York, NY is $250,000 to $550,000 including any related bonuses or commissions. Factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications will determine the final compensation for this role.
