We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team for our Summer Internship Program. The Office Operations Intern role is a multifaceted position encompassing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations and provide essential support to executives.

The role serves as a pivotal support function within the organization, contributing to efficient office operations and facilitating the productivity of executive team members.

The internship will run from June- August. Our internship positions are in-person. Our company is dedicated to creating an internship program that does not interfere with your class schedule.

Responsibilities:

    • Support the billing process for members, including updating billing information and addressing billing-related concerns
    • Participate in cross-functional collaboration with showroom and operations teams 
    • Support HR department with various administrative tasks
    • Manage executive team calendars and scheduling appointments/ meetings
    • Oversee and plan travel arrangements for executive team
    • Provide assistance for various projects and initiatives by conducting research, compiling data and reports, and assisting with event planning and coordination
    • Manage office supplies and inventory, and organized and maintained office files, receipts, mail, and records, both physical and digital
    • Assist with event planning and coordination, including team-building activities, birthdays, company events, and off-site meetings

Requirements:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
    • Familiarity with billing processes and collections management
