Vivrelle is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Leather Repair Specialist to join our growing Repair & Restoration team. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and luxury standards of our collection. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in repairing and restoring luxury handbags, accessories, and jewelry with an emphasis on precision, craftsmanship, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct detailed inspections of leather goods to identify damage, defects, and signs of wear
    • Remove tough stains from leather, patent leather, fabric, suede, and other materials
    • Repair and refurbish items, including stain removal, cleaning, conditioning, and color restoration
    • Hand-stitch ripped or damaged areas to match original materials and construction
    • Repair jewelry and restore components to like-new condition
    • Maintain and prioritize a daily repair list to ensure timely turnaround of high-priority items
    • Communicate with team members to flag items beyond repair or needing special attention
    • Ensure all items meet Vivrelle’s quality and brand standards before returning to inventory
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked repair workstation
    • Support cross-departmental communication and collaborate on process improvements

Requirements:

    • 1-2+ years of experience in leather goods restoration, sewing, or similar craft-based role
    • Strong hand-stitching and repair skills across various materials
    • Familiarity with leather care products and techniques
    • High attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • Reliable and deadline-driven with strong follow-through
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
