Vivrelle is seeking an Inbound Logistics Associate to play a critical role in its continued growth. Reporting directly to our Senior Inbound Logistics Manager, this role will be responsible for Vivrelle’s inventory and client experience. This position is vital to supporting our large and growing member community.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments by adhering to our standards.
- Accurately tag all returned items and maintain organized inventory records.
- Update the status of returned items in our systems for efficient tracking.
- Handle RFID bag processing, including proper labeling, storage, and usage tracking.
- Email and escalate issues as needed, including missing straps and return-to-sender items.
- Communicate with members regarding returned items or accidental inclusion of personal belongings.
- Assist in coordinating with other departments to prevent fraud and inform members of any order delays or issues.
- Provide hands-on support to the Inbound team, aiding in tasks such as opening and organizing incoming shipments.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in the fashion and/or luxury space
- Experience in a start-up and inventory/warehouse is a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Analytical thinking while being customer-focused and brand-obsessed
- Conveying a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling challenges and opportunities
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done
