Vivrelle is seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to play a critical role in the brand’s continued growth. This role will be reporting to our Director of Brand and Partnerships within our Marketing Department. 

We are looking for an independent and hard working individual who can also work collaboratively with a growing team. In this role, you will be driving search and social media advertising across all major networks, data Analytics and insights, managing brand awareness and acquisition campaigns, and more. You will support the creative pipeline, manage data-driven experimentation & optimize campaigns at scale.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead paid marketing campaigns across all social media platforms as well as search, to implement a growth campaign that drives additional members and revenue. 
    • Support in developing channel strategy across new product launches and evergreen campaigns achieving revenue goals.
    • Ability to dive into the current advertising and adjust targets, review demographics and make changes appropriately, with or without an agency partner. 
    • Spearhead revenue growth and creative innovation within your channel mix through a combination of creative strategy, campaign optimization and on-site growth tactics. 
    • Help drive strategy across channels to maximize the most efficient CAC and ROAS without sacrificing the brand or long term growth
    • Work with internal Tech and Data-science teams to support conversion rate and funnel optimization efforts and testing.
    • Partner with the Brand, Creative, Social and Influencer teams to develop strategies & campaigns that drive profitable sales and revenue for our retail channels.
    • Manage agency and other third-party relations, if applicable.  
    • Manage daily optimization of media campaigns in partnership with our media agency to successfully deliver against established KPIs and provide insights for campaign shifts that address performance gaps. 
    • Analyze results and communicate campaign performance to broader team and senior leadership.
    • Create automated dashboards, run reports, measure performance, conduct post-analysis of initiatives, and share insights with stakeholders.
    • Stay current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world. 

Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience within growth and digital marketing. 
    • Experience with GA4, Meta, Criteo, and TikTok.  
    • Agency experience is a plus. 
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to identify actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
    • Knowledge of Paid Search bidding, targeting, and optimization.
    • Familiarity with tag management & app tracking setup and troubleshooting.
    • Experience working with performance marketing metrics and platform reporting.
    • Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, testing new channels is a plus.
    • Proven track record of increasing traffic and customer conversion through targeted and accurate campaigns.
    • Google and Bing Ads certified.
    • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
