We are looking for a talented Business Development manager to help us grow and expand our international business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record of managing leads through the full business development process.
- Experience preparing and coordinating proposals or RFP responses.
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and represent the agency professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple opportunities in parallel.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments (digital studio, CRM & data, content & media, consulting) and countries.
- Comfortable with both structured processes and adapting to client-specific needs.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Lead Qualification: Manage and qualify leads, ensuring timely and systematic follow-up.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM updates, reporting, and forecasting.
Proposal & Pitch Coordination: Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and pitch decks with internal teams. Manage timelines and deliverables for pitches, ensuring quality and consistency.
Client Interaction: Act as point of contact during pre-sales; support senior leadership in meetings and negotiations. Help transition closed deals smoothly to delivery teams.
Collaboration: Work with marketing on campaigns/events, and with delivery teams to align solutions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, win rates, pipeline coverage) and share insights with leadership.
EXPERIENCE
4+ years in business development, account management, or sales coordination (agency, consultancy, or digital/tech environment preferred).
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong communication and presentation skills; Client relationship building and stakeholder management; Sales pipeline and CRM management; Fluent English and Chinese.
APPRECIATED SKILLS
Knowledge of luxury, retail, or lifestyle sectors; Familiarity with digital platforms and/or CRM ecosystems.
