As the Business Director for Greater China Operations, you will strategically manage and expand our commercial activities with key prospects across the region. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying lucrative business opportunities and skillfully crafting tailored commercial proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- +7 years experience in business management, particularly in tech or digital sectors, within China and APAC markets.
- Proven track record of successful client management and project pitching.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, mini-program and data analytics.
- Excellent networking skills, with an established network in the tech industry.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities in the tech market.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and evaluate potential business opportunities to ensure a robust pipeline of engagements.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with various Business Units of VO2 Group (in France, China, Switzerland, US, Canada, Israel etc. ) to develop comprehensive commercial offers that align with client needs and market demands.

Pitch Leadership: Take the lead in orchestrating and delivering compelling pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management: Actively manage and upsell to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for additional services.

KPI Consolidation and Reporting: Regularly collect and analyze business KPIs, providing insightful feedback and strategic recommendations to the business partner in charge.

CRM Optimization: Evaluate and recommend strategies to improve CRM systems and processes to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 7 years working experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Successful client management and project pitching cases / Expertise in CRM, mini-programs & data analytics / Strong communicaton and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.

APPRECIATED SKILLS
Strong leadership and organizational skills / Strategic vision for market opportunities.
