As our HR Business Partner, you will partner with senior leaders and managers to build and put into action practical and impactful HR solutions across the organization. This is a true generalist role with an opportunity to be both hands-on and strategic, providing human resources expertise across talent and performance management, manager training, broader learning and development, internal communications, onboarding, employee relations, and more.  You'll work closely with our small but mighty People Operations function to define and implement our future HR strategy and support our organization as it continues to grow while embracing complexity.

Responsibilities

    • Consult with managers and employees and provide HR guidance to resolve complex employee relations issues
    • Partner with leaders and employees to identify, develop, and implement HR initiatives and programs to support the business
    • Proactively lead and enhance our talent and performance management processes
    • Develop strategies to foster employee engagement and lead the development and implementation of our internal communications approach
    • Coach our managers to help them be effective leaders and great coaches for their people, including developing and leading manager training programs
    • Serve as a key resource in developing, administering, and maintaining HR policies/procedures
    • Track industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our People Operations function

Requirements

    • 5+ years in HRBP role supporting one or more senior leaders 
    • Deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including employment laws and regulations, coaching and facilitation, and performance management and employee relations
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to quickly establish relationships and credibility with leaders
    • Demonstrated business acumen, organizational savvy, judgment, and decision making
    • Ability to be flexible within a growing organization.  Able to clearly articulate the case for change and translate business priorities into HR programs
    • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
    • Experience developing and facilitating training programs
    • Strong prioritization and organizational skills with a high degree of professionalism and customer service orientation
    • SHRM or other HR certifications preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources/business or related field
$115,000 - $135,000 a year
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
