Manager Communication and Administration
[Part-Time 60% - 80%]

Starting date: September 2020 or as soon as possible.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

    • You are leading all communication activities (internal and external) and set up the required processes, structures and systems
    • Management and implementation of social media campaigns, brochures, websites, mailings, PR articles, social media contributions with our design partners
    • Managing websites (WordPress), maintaining the newsroom and social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram)
    • Assisting the finance and accounting team 
    • Various administrative tasks to assist the whole team in daily operations

Your Profile

    • You have excellent skills in setting up internal and external communication processes, enjoy creating communication content and have basic knowledge of accounting. A great team spirit and the shared vision to change the drone industry is our recipe for success. We are looking for a team player who is contributing her/his opinion and challenges the status quo. As part of our team, you should share our fascination and passion for drones and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
    • Strong experience in the field of PR/communication (internal and external)
    • Already worked in a SME and set up communication processes
    • High affinity for communication, social and other media
    • Fluent in spoken and written German and English and good knowledge of French
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office
    • Very good knowledge of accounting and budgeting
