VOLKA MARKETING TEAM / SENIOR USER ACQUISITION MANAGER

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team working on Taonga: the Island Farm!
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing user acquisition campaigns for all markets including US, Tier 1, LATAM, and MENA. The candidate must have strong understanding of Google Ads and proven experience in user acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop, execute and manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on Google Ads Web
    • Develop and execute strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve target KPIs across all markets
    • Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytics and Creative to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in user acquisition, and apply best practices to drive performance and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 4 years of experience in user acquisition, with a focus on Google Ads
    • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and the ability to optimize campaigns for all markets including US, Tier1, LATAM and MENA
    • Practical experience with Tableau or any other BI system
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs and achieve campaign objectives
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and to develop new solutions
    • Experience with managing large-scale budgets
    • Fluent English.

    • Would be a plus:
    • Experience with Taboola, Bing, Verizon, Outbrain, etc.
    • Technical degree / degree in advertising, or marketing, or other proven skills.
