The Branding team plays a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of business success through the strategic development of Voodoo identity. By crafting a distinctive image and voice, the team ensures our business stands out in a competitive landscape, fostering recognition and trust. The team also helps improve Voodoo's employer branding as a great place to work. They contribute to attracting the best people by promoting what makes working at Voodoo special.

As the Branding & Communications Lead, you will report directly to Voodoo’s CEO and its Chief of Staff, and spearhead the company’s branding strategy to ensure top quality content across all platforms.


    • Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity, including assets and key messaging.
    • Manage the production and design of marketing materials to ensure alignment with the company's vision.
    • Manage one brand designer to produce engaging branding materials.
    • Define and execute the content deployment  roadmap and strategy to align Voodoo image with company objectives
    • Ensure all branding materials (website, blogs, podcasts, etc.) are consistent and visually appealing.
    • Develop a global external communications strategy, including press relations
    • Ensure that the copywriting of all written materials, including articles and posts, maintains a high standard of quality.
    • Oversee corporate platforms management, including LinkedIn and the career website, to ensure effective brand communication.
    • Collaborate with studio community management teams for brand consistency across all touch points (image, tone of voice,..).
    • Develop and implement a social media strategy that supports the company's employer branding goals (Instagram, X,..)
    • Leverage social media analytics to assess and refine the effectiveness of branding initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and impactful engagement.


    • Exceptional copywriting skills (in English, French is a plus) with a focus on creative storytelling
    • Creative, precise, and open to innovative ideasExcellent analytical and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented and rigorous in approach
    • Proven track record in brand promotion, strategy definition, and vision setting
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams towards excellence in design and product experiences
    • Over 6 years of experience in branding/communication within a corporate or ad agency environment
    • Gaming or mobile industry experience is a strong plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
