What will be your main challenges?
We are looking for talent interested in creating something bigger! To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good passion for gaming. You will join a small and high performing team. You will be responsible for management of advertisement performance in China, ensuring that our advertisement performance is optimised for the Chinese market. Through your work, you will help us deliver fun and entertaining games to the Chinese market.
- Local advertisement platform partnership, e.g. Tencent AMS & Byte Dance Pangolin
- UA performance optimization, focusing on TA, platform, and ads formation
- Working with global UA team on local market optimization, especially localized marketing assets
- Data analytics, focusing on UA Cost, LTV, and anti cheating
What is your team about?
You will join a small and high performing team about 10 to 15 people in our studio in Shanghai. You will have the chance to work closely with several experts: Head of China, Publishing Managers and Game Localisation Producers - and the Marketing team in Paris.

What is our recruitment process?
