Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. The team is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.

Voodoo is looking for a Head of Creative Ops to embody creative strategy and drive a large unit of production (e.g., Marketing Artists, Motion designers, Unity and HTML5 Developers, Playable coordinators, etc.). You will own creative production for Voodoo’s portfolio of games and apps, and play a central role in helping Voodoo turn great mobile products into global hits. Paris-based, open to relocation.


    • Partner with the Head of User Acquisition to grow our portfolio of games and apps thanks to high-performing creative production including video and playable/interactive ads
    • Lead up to 30 people: organize and structure the team, recruit, coach, and increase talent density
    • Analyze your team’s performance, define action plans, and hit your KPIs
    • Design the creative strategy of each game genre in collaboration with the creative leads and studios
    • Built workflow and processes for production
    • Prioritize and organize creative production for multiple games and apps based on product and user acquisition strategy
    • Discover new creative concepts, and share best practices with all creative teams
    • Lead key projects to test new tools, improve automation, performance tracking, etc


    • You have 6+ years of experience in performance marketing
    • You have a track record of managing 10+ people, including leads in a creative field
    • You’ve successfully led high-impact projects
    • You speak and write English fluently
