 What will be your main challenges? 
As a publishing associate, you will be responsible for finding and coaching studios, helping them create hit games focusing on Eastern Europe. Through your work, you will develop your skills and help us deliver fun and entertaining games to millions of people all around the world!

- Sourcing new high potentials game studios
- Onboarding and coaching studios on all aspects of their games
- Developing a trusting relationship with the best teams and ensure a follow-up
- Spreading Voodoo’s culture and processes

The Publishing Manager is one of the most strategic contributor at Voodoo and the ultimate goal is going to be to launch the best hit games that will entertain the world. Be the one who will suggest and lead strategies for the future of the mobile game industry.

What is your team about? 
You will join a small, international and high-performing team. Simultaneously, you will interact daily with many other experts at Voodoo: including the Launch Ops team (who will help you  optimize the game), the Legal team (who will help you with contracts) and the Marketing team (who will help you launch the game).

The salary will depend on the experience and skills a candidate brings to the position.

What is our recruitment process?
