Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games. Being part of our Live games team is an opportunity to work with experts from the gaming industry on long lifetime games, played worldwide, to take on new entrepreneurial projects. 

You will be part of a great small team looking to create new experiences for our audience beyond the casual market joining one of our Live Casual Studio : Tarboosh Games. Although Tarboosh is situated between Dubai & Istanbul and we are looking for someone open to Full Remote within a reasonable time zone. We embrace a remote culture, working collaboratively while providing autonomy and flexibility to allow you to manage your success on the team.

Tarboosh Games is working on among others:
Collect Em All

    • Design fun and challenging Collect em all! levels that fit in with the rest of the levels of the game;
    • Add the levels to the game using our custom level editor;
    • Set the order of levels to create an ideal progression for the player;
    • Balance the game difficulty;
    • Come up with new-level mechanics;
    • Organize internal play tests of levels to solicit feedback and make adjustments based on playtests;
    • Collaborate with Data Analysts to understand level analytics and make adjustments to the levels using the data;
    • Take full ownership of the levels creation process of Collect em all!.

    • With this role, you will have a strong impact on the company by contributing daily to important decisions with a senior, multidisciplinary team of passionate and talented people.  Flesh out the details of a game's design, oversee its testing, and revise the game in response to player feedback. Thanks to your creativity and your teamwork, let’s entertain millions of people with your hit games.


    • 3+ years of experience with level design in casual puzzle games;
    • 1+ year of experience as a Lead Level designer;
    • Great feel for level design and an understanding of what makes a level fun;
    • Have worked on a top casual mobile puzzle game.
