Team at Voxy 

The Revenue Operations Team at Voxy is responsible for creating scalable operations, providing actionable insights, and enabling all Go To Market (GMT) teams with the resources they need to be successful and reach their goals. This means efficiently managing the various tech tools that the team uses daily as well as delivering impactful sales enablement trainings. 

What You’ll Be Doing

    • Work closely with our Sales Operations and Enablement Manager to develop and implement strategic sales operations activities.
    • Receive and process purchase orders.
    • Verify orders, including customer information and invoice details.
    • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
    • Support the Go To Market (GTM) teams with other administrative tasks.
    • Generate necessary reports as requested.
    • Train Go To Market (GTM) teams on processes and best practices for using tech stack.

What We’re Looking For:

    • English Proficiency (required).
    • Be enrolled full-time at university.
    • Ideally have 2 years until graduation.
    • Availability to work for 6h daily - we can be flexible with scheduling!
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • High energy and positive attitude.
    • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • No previous experience is required! We just want you to be willing to learn and develop new skills.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

    • Experience with excel (being familiar with some pivot tables and formulas)
    • Familiarized with project management tools (like Asana, Trello, Monday) is a plus
    • Familiarized with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce, but any CRM tool is a plus)
