As a “Processing Analyst” you will be responsible for relating to new clients and have commitment to prepare the database for initial use of the Indeva.

At first, you will be the contact point for clients right after the signing of a new contract, operationally prepare for the first access on the Indeva platform and responsible for scheduling the initial training on onboarding to impart the process for the Onboarding team.

Finished/ is finishing higher education in the areas: Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering our related.
Has good communication and facility in dealing with people.
Works well as a team and have initiative for new challenges.
Has Intermediate knowledge in Excel.
Can implement routines that are agile to facilitate the registration of information.
Is able to map and create new processes.
Has experience in problem solving and relationships with people to meet customer needs.
Has an observant look at the process in order to improve it.
Emotional intelligence to deal with conflicts and be empathetic.
Is organized and has the ability to work alone and autonomously, with a focus on delivery results.
Is able to work with multiple teams, for exemple sales team, relationship and technical.
Can learn and adapt to new procedures.
With intermediate english.

It is not mandatory, but it can be a plus:
Physical retail knowledge
