ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE OPPORTUNITY

As a "Support Analyst" you will be responsible for contacting and answering the client base of the Indeva Platform.

JOB TO BE DONE

You will be the main point of contact for customers, to understand their scenarios, needs and always offer the best way to address their questions and possible problems.

WE WANT SOMEONE WHO

Finished or is concluding a graduation on those areas: Administration, IT, Financial area, Data processing and related;
Customer service previous experience;
Basic knowledge of APIs and Database;
Passion for team work;
Passion for documenting process and data;
Experience as a problem solver;
Emotional intelligence to deal with conflicts being empathic;
A strong skill of communication (written of verbal);
The ability to work in an autonomous environment;
The ability to work with different teams like Sales, Product etc
Intermediate english;


WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Previous experience in physical retail;
Previous experience with Customer Success routines;
Previous experience in CRM platform;
