You will...
- Define and manage multi-functional, cross team, cross departmental programs for autonomous driving systems that are aligned with organizational priorities and company milestones.
- Partner with leaders and IC's across Waabi to solve complex and highly ambiguous technical challenges.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Track progress, manage risks, and successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide clear reporting and program schedules for the working teams and to leadership.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers and work with partners and stakeholders to create mitigations.
- Establish best practices and processes for technical program and project management across the company.

Qualifications:
- 8 years in technical program management, with a background in autonomous driving or related fields. 
- Understanding of autonomous driving hardware systems, including sensors, computing platforms, and communication networks.
- Track record of managing complex, cross-functional technical programs with successful outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a wide audience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus/nice to have:
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Engineering.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for autonomous driving systems.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PgMP, or similar).

The US yearly salary range for this role is: $127,000 - $231,000 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi’s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. The salary base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.
