We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of products, tools, and services supporting driverless operations at Waabi. This role offers a unique and exciting opportunity to join our product management team early and build the solutions that will propel our company forward. As the Product Manager, you will have the autonomy to oversee large-scale, complex projects that involve numerous functional and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with our cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology.

You will...
- Develop and execute a roadmap for products, tools, and services supporting driverless operations and aligning them with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap effectively.
- Gather user feedback, address concerns, and continuously improve the performance and usability of products, tools, and services supporting driverless operations.
- Be a team-player, who prioritizes trust, transparency, and honesty, and knows there is no project too small or too large for you.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of operational initiatives, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices related to autonomous vehicle operations, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Product Management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve dependencies, inform strategic decisions, and evaluate tradeoffs for optimal outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with significant experience drafting written communication through documents and slides to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Exhibits exceptional empathy, fostering deep understanding of users needs and experiences to drive product development and enhance user satisfaction.
- Adaptable, versatile, and proficient in navigating diverse product landscapes.
- Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others.
- Able to maintain progress towards long-term goals while working on short-term problems.
- Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions.

Bonus/nice to have:
- Deep understanding of self-driving technology, including its operational challenges, opportunities, and implications.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Technical experience in developing self-driving vehicles.

The US yearly salary range for this role is: $149,000 - $223,000 in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi’s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. The salary base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.
