You will...
- Be responsible for all aspects of the camera integration and configuration.
- Characterize and evaluate camera sensor performance, and develop strategies for improving accuracy, reliability, and durability.
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure successful integration of cameras in the autonomous vehicle.
- Conduct field testing, data collection, and data analysis.
- Document and report on camera test results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with sensors, preferable for autonomous vehicles or robotics.
- Strong, hands on experience with automotive cameras.
- Proficiency with sensor data acquisition, processing, and analysis techniques.
- Experience with signal processing, statistics, and machine learning algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others.
- Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions.
The US yearly salary range for this role is: $132,000 - $192,500 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi (US) Inc.’s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. The salary base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.
